PBLA Code of Ethics
As an Associate Member of PBLA – Premier Bulk Liquids Alliance Network, our company commits to the following business ethics and standards:
• To pay invoices to PBLA Full Members in a timely manner.
• To inform PBLA of any delinquencies and long-standing disputes, financial or otherwise, involving another PBLA member.
• To promptly inform PBLA of any changes in the company’s legal registration, financial and fiscal matters that may impact the good standing of the company in the Network.

Membership Renewal Policy
The majority of our Members are already benefitting from positive business developments and Profitable growth by actively cooperating with fellow PBLA Network Partners. Our business model is proving successful by:
1. Enrolling only pre-qualified and carefully vetted top professional Companies with a proven track record and sound business practices
2. Appointing only a few companies in each Country/Region is in the best interest of our Members and is a prerequisite for fostering long term Member to Member business partnerships
3. We only appoint carefully selected Companies offering the critical range of services, coverage and flexibility necessary to compete in today’s market environment

The following criteria are part of our evaluation process:
• Member to Member bilateral activities
• Financial Standing
• PBLA Global Brand promotion and identification
The success of all our Members is our main concern, we work diligently to further enhance your member experience, improve your ability to connect efficiently with all your Network Members and to expand your Global Reach.

Termination of Membership
• Associate Members may resign from PBLA at any time.
• PBLA will confirm the requested termination in writing.
• All program privileges offered by PBLA will be revoked.
• PBLA reserves the right to terminate Membership, based on:
Breach of any Associate Membership Rules or Code of Ethics.
Material changes negatively affecting a Member such as any adverse limitation in the Member’s financial and/or fiscal status.
• It is at the discretion of PBLA Board of Directors to make final and irrevocable decisions in each individual case. Members, when terminated, are obligated to remove, and refrain from using any PBLA Logos, Marketing Materials and/or the PBLA Brand Name.
